Adarak Ki Chutney


  • 100 gms Fresh Ginger
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 cup Fresh Coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Tamarind pulp
  • 1 tsp. Black Gram (urad daal) without skin roasted in a little oil

For Seasoning :

  • 1/4 tsp. Mustard
  • 1 Dry Rd chilli, cut into bits
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • Salt and sugar to taste

Preparation :

  • Grind all the ingredients except the mustard and red chilli. Add salt and sugar. Heat 1 tsp. oil. Fry mustard, red chilli and season the chutney.
