II Healthy and Delicious Lassi II

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Dahi (Plain Yogurt)

  • 1 Cup chilled water

  • 1/2 cup Grated Cucumber

  • 1/2 Cup Grated carrot

  • 1/2 tsp. dry roasted jeera powder (cumin powder)

  • 1/4 tsp. Black pepper powder

  • 1/2 tsp. Black Salt (Kala Namak)

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1 tbsp. coriander leaves, finely chopped

  • 1 Green chilli, finely chopped (Optional)

Preparation:

  • Add chilled water to the yogurt and all the masalas (salts, pepper, cumin powder)
    Blend until smooth in a blender.

  • Mix remaining ingredients in the lassi.

  • Pour in the glasses and serve.
