  • 2 Cups Dahi (Plain Yogurt)

  • 10-12 Powdered Almonds

  • 4 tbsp. Sugar

  • 2 pinch. Saffron threads

  • 1 Cup Crushed ice. Spanish Saffron


  • In a 1 tbsp. milk dissolve half of the saffron threads and keep aside.

  • In a blender blend all the ingredients, add the dissolved saffron to it.

  • Pour into glasses and garnish with remaining saffron threads.
