II Veggie soup II

Ingredients: (Serves : 6)

  • 1/2 capsicum / Green Bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 3-4 French beans (finely chopped)
  • 1 floret cauliflower (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cabbage (finely chopped)
  • 1 carrot (finely chopped)
  • 1/2tsp  garlic flakes (crushed)
  • 2 cups Water
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/2tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Soya sauce
  • 2tsp. corn flour
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • Grated cheese for garnishing (optional)
Preperation :
  • Heat the butter and fry the onions & garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add the chopped vegetables and fry again for 3 - 4 minutes till done.
  • Add water and bring to boil.
  • Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup  cold water and add to the soup stirring continuously.
  • Cook for at least 3-4 minutes or until it gets boiled.
  • Now add Soya sauce, sugar, salt & pepper and cook till thick & transparent.
  • Serve hot garnished with grated cheese.
