Ingredients:

1 Cauliflower (phool gobhi), cut into florets

1-2 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch thick
slices

1 small onion, chopped

1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
-
2-inch ginger piece, thinly sliced
-
2 flakes of garlic, crushed or finely chopped
-
3/4th tsp. turmeric powder
-
Salt to taste
-
1/2tsp. or as per taste chili powder
-
Chopped coriander leaves
-
little garam masala powder
-
2-3 tbsp. oil
Preperation :

Heat oil
and add crushed garlic fry for a moment and add ginger.

Add onions and fry till light brown.

Now add salt, turmeric and chili powder and stir
for a second.

Add cauliflower and potatoes and mix well.

Now sprinkle a pinch of garam masala and add
chopped green chilies. Mix well .

Cover the pan with lid and cook on low heat
until done. Keep stirring occasionally.

Serve hot, sprinkled with garam masala and
garnished with coriander leaves. Goes well with chapati and paratha.
Note : keep sliced
potatoes in water before using to avoid turning red.
