Tadka Dahi (Seasoned yogurt)

Ingredients:

  • 2Cups Plain Curd (Yogurt)
  • 1/4th tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1tsp Cumin (jeera) seeds
  • salt to taste
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Little Garam masala
  • 1/2tbsp oil
Preperation :
  • Stir the curd with hand mixer (mathani).
  • Heat oil in kadhai and add cumin seeds allow it to sizzle.
  • Now add turmeric powder, salt, and chili powder. Then add stirred curd and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from the gas and transfer to a dish.
  • Sprinkle gram masala and garnish with coriander.
  • Serve hot.
  • Goes well in winters.
