II Lassi Cocktail II

 Cocktail Lassi


  • 2 Cups Dahi (Plain Yogurt)

  • 1/2 Cup Orange juice

  • 11/2 tbsp. Ginger Juice

  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice

  • 1/4 cup tea water

  • 4 tbsp. Sugar


  • Keep 1 cup of water for boiling on heat and add grated 1 inch piece of ginger.

  • Allow to boil for few seconds. Cover and keep aside. Strain and use this ginger water in lassi.

  • Blend all the above ingredients in a mixer and serve cool. Crushed ice can be added to make it more cool.

  • Serve decorated with pineapple pieces.
