 Ingredients: 
																	
																		 
																			Whole Wheat flour (Atta) as per Consumption
																		
																			Leftover Daal (cooked)
																		
																			1/2 Cup Besan (Gram flour)
																		
																			1 small Onion (Very finely chopped )
																		
																			Small Piece of Ginger (grated)
																		
																			2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
																		
																			Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
																		
																			1 tbsp oil
																		
																			1/2 tsp. jeera (Cumin Seeds)
																		
																			Salt, red chili powder, Garam masala as per taste.
																		
																			Butter / Oil for frying. 
																	Preparation:
																 
																		Mix all the ingredients. Add enough water / Milk to make a dough 
																			of rolling consistency. 
																		Cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes.
																	 
																		Then make small balls and roll them like parathas
																	 
																		Put the paratha on the tawa (Griddle) and make like you make any 
																			paratha.
																	 
																		Serve hot with curd and chutney of your choice.  |
