																 Ingredients:

																				2 potatoes (peeled & cut into thick 
																					slices)

																				1/2 cup jowar flour
																			
 - 
																				1/2 tsp cayenne powder
																			
 - 
																				Salt to taste
																			
 - 
																				oil for deep-frying
																			
 
																		 
																	 
																	
																		Preperation :
																	 
																	
																		
																			
																				 - 
																					Mix the sliced potatoes, salt & 
																						cayenne powder and set aside for 10 minutes.
																				
 - 
																					Heat oil in a kadhai or deep-frying 
																						pan.
																				
 - 
																					Roll each seasoned potato slice in the 
																						flour, shake off the excess and deep fry over low heat until done & crisp. 
																						Fry few slices at a time.
																				
 - 
																					Drain on paper towel and serve with any 
																						of your favorite chutney.
																				
 - 
																					Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
