Delicious Lassi II |
Ingredients:

2 Cups Dahi
(Plain
Yogurt)

1 Cup
chilled
water
-
1/2 cup
Grated
Cucumber
-
1/2 Cup
Grated
carrot
-
1/2 tsp. dry
roasted
jeera powder
(cumin
powder)
-
1/4 tsp.
Black pepper
powder
-
1/2 tsp.
Black Salt
(Kala Namak)
-
1/2 tsp.
salt
-
1 tbsp.
coriander
leaves,
finely
chopped
-
1 Green
chilli,
finely
chopped
(Optional)
Preparation:
-
Add chilled
water to the
yogurt and
all the
masalas
(salts,
pepper,
cumin
powder)
Blend until
smooth in a
blender.
-
Mix
remaining
ingredients
in the lassi.
-
Pour in the
glasses and
serve.
