(Plain
Yogurt)

2 Cups
Watermelon
pulp without
seeds

6 tbsp.
Sugar

1/2 tsp.
Kala namak
(Rock salt)

1 Cup
Crushed ice
-
Few sprigs
of mint
leaves for
garnishing
Preparation:

Combine
all
ingredients
and
blend
until
smooth
in a
blender.

Pour in
glasses
and
serve
garnished
with one
or two
sprigs
of mint
leaves.
