Ingredients:

33/4cups milk

6tbsp. sugar
-
A pinch of citric acid, mixed with 2 tbsp. water

1/2tsp saffron strands
-
1tsp. corn flour
-
1/2tsp green cardamom seeds (ground)

1tsp almonds (flaked)
-
1tsp. pistachios (flaked)
Preparation:

Boil the milk until it is reduced to half.

Add sugar and boil for another 5 minutes.

Now add the citric acid mixture gradually, until the milk
curdles a little.

Then add the saffron and corn flour to the milk.
-
reduce the heat and go on cooking ,constantly stirring until the
mixture leaves the sides of the pan clean.

Add cardamom powder and mix well. Allow it to cool.

Make ping-pong size balls of the mixture.
-
Decorate with nuts and serve.
