Ingredients:

Marinade:

11/3rd cup curd / plain yogurt

2 cups mint leaves

2 cups coriander leaves
-
2tsp ginger (chopped)

1tsp green chilies (chopped)

1tsp turmeric powder
-
Salt
Other Ingredients :
Preperation :

Grind all the marinade ingredients in a blender
until smooth & creamy.

Then marinade chicken drumsticks in the mixture
for 30 minutes.

Heat the oil in a kadhai / wok and add the
cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon and cardamom. Sauté for a minute.

Add the onions and sauté until translucent, then
add chicken and sauté until slightly brown.
-
Add any remaining marinade, cover and cook over
low heat until chicken is tender.

Serve hot garnished with almonds and dried mint
powder.
