Egg Kabobs II |
Ingredients:

4 eggs (hard boiled)
-
2-3 tbsp gram flour (Besan)
-
1 egg white (beaten well)
-
1 small onion (finely chopped)
-
1-2 green chilies (chopped)
-
1/2-inch piece of ginger (grated)
-
1tbsp chopped coriander leaves
-
Salt to taste
-
Red chili powder to taste
-
1/4th tsp garam masala powder
-
Oil/ ghee for deep-frying.
Preperation :

Peel the shell of eggs and grate them finely.

In a bowl mix gram flour, chopped onions, chilies, ginger, salt,
chili and garam masala powder.

Now add the grated eggs and mix nicely. Pour in the beaten white
portion of egg and form a dough.

Now divide the dough into 8-10 equal portions. Shape each
portion into a flat, 1/2-inch thick disc.

Heat the oil / ghee in a kadhai or deep-frying pan over a
moderate heat and fry the kababs till golden brown & crisp.

Serve hot with
chutney of your choice.
