II Crab
Curry (Kekda Rasedaar) II |
Ingredients:
(Serves 6)

2tbsp ghee
-
6 crabs (boiled, shelled and flaked)

1 medium onions (chopped)
-
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
-
1/2 tsp grated ginger
-
2 green chilies (chopped)
-
1tsp chopped curry leaves
-
2/3rd cup coconut milk
-
Salt to taste
-
1/2tsp red chili powder
-
1tbsp shredded coconut
-
1tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Preperation :

Heat the ghee in a saucepan and fry the onions,
garlic, ginger, chilies and curry leaves over moderate heat for about 2
minutes.

Add flaked crabs with salt and fry for another
2-3 minutes.

Pour in the coconut milk and add chili powder,
lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes.

Serve hot sprinkled with coconut & coriander
leaves.
