Ingredients:
(Serves : 6)

1/2 capsicum / Green Bell pepper
(finely chopped)

1 Onion (finely chopped)

3-4 French beans (finely chopped)

1 floret cauliflower (finely chopped)

1/4 cabbage (finely chopped)
-
1 carrot (finely chopped)
-
1/2tsp garlic flakes (crushed)
-
2 cups Water
-
Salt & Pepper to taste

1/2tsp. sugar
-
1/2 tsp. Soya sauce
-
2tsp. corn flour
-
2 tbsp. Butter
-
Grated cheese for garnishing (optional)
Preperation :

Heat the butter and fry the onions &
garlic for 1 minute.

Add the chopped vegetables and fry again
for 3 - 4 minutes till done.

Add water and bring to boil.

Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup cold
water and add to the soup stirring continuously.

Cook for at least 3-4 minutes or until it
gets boiled.

Now add Soya sauce, sugar, salt &
pepper and cook till thick & transparent.

Serve hot garnished with grated cheese.
