Ingredients:

100 gms. Arhar Daal

100 ml tomato puree
-
1tsp. each ginger & garlic paste

1litre water
-
Salt & pepper to taste

10 gms. curry powder

50 ml Fresh cream (malai)

Coriander Leaves (finely
chopped )
Preperation :

Soak the daal for 4-5 hours in water.

Drain and add ginger-garlic paste, tomato, spices &
water to daal and cook for 25-30 minutes or until done.

Pass the mixture through the strainer. Beat the cream
and mix it to the strained daa, keeping little cream aside for garnishing. Cook
for 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves &
swirl of stirred cream over individual bowl.
