Stuffed Zuchinni (Torai)

Ingredients:

5-6 small Zucchini's (toari)
-
1 big Onion grated
-
Puree of 1 big tomato
-
Garlic paste of 3 or 4 flakes
-
1tsp ginger paste
-
2 Green chili (finely chopped)
-
Salt, Red chili powder to taste.

Gram Masala to taste
-
1/2tsp turmeric powder
-
1/4th tsp deggi mirch (chili powder for
red color)

3 tbsp oil
Preperation :

Peel and wash Zucchini and make a cut
vertically, keep aside

Heat oil in a kadhai and add ginger-garlic paste
and fry till light brown.

Now add onion and fry till golden brown.

Now add all dry masalas and few drops of water
stir for a moment.

Add tomato puree and fry till it starts leaving
oil.
-
Now low down the flame and take a spoon and fill
the masala in Zucchini.
-
Add Zucchini to the remaining masala and add
little water and cook until done.

Serve hot.
