II   Sprouted Bean Salad II


  • 1 cup Sprouted beans(moong)
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • 11/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4th tsp. roasted cumin (Jeera) powder
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. grounded sugar (optional)

Preperation :

  • Wash and drain sprouts.
  • Add Onion, tomato and other ingredients, Mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander.

Note: Other sprouted lentils can also be used in place of moong.
