II Sprouted Bean Salad

Ingredients:
-
1 cup Sprouted beans(moong)
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- salt to taste
- Red chili powder to
taste
- 11/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4th tsp. roasted
cumin (Jeera) powder
- Finely chopped
coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp. grounded sugar
(optional)
Preperation :
- Wash and drain
sprouts.
- Add Onion, tomato and
other ingredients, Mix well.
- Garnish with
coriander.
Note: Other sprouted lentils can also be used in place of
moong.
