Ingredients:

2-3 Onions

6-7 Tomatoes

4 flakes Garlic (paste)

1/2" Ginger piece (paste)

3-4 green chilies (chopped)

Salt to taste

1tsp Roasted coriander (dhania) powder

2-3 Dry Red chilies (roasted and powdered)
Preparation:

Cut onions into slices and chop tomatoes finely.
-
Heat oil in a pan and fry green chilies, garlic, onions
and then tomatoes.

cook till tomatoes soften.
-
Add ginger paste and salt, mix well.

Add coriander powder just before serving and mix well.
