Ingredients:

1 Cup grated coconut

2tbsp Chana daal

3-4 green chilies
-
2" piece of Ginger grated

Salt to taste

1tsp Lemon juice
-
2tbsp curd
-
1tsp mustard seeds
-
few Curry leaves
Preparation:

Fry chana daal in a pan on medium flame.

Blend all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste.
Add little water bit by bit if required during grinding.

Heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves, allow
to splutter.

Add this to grinded mixture and mix well.
