Ingredients:

2 Green Mangoes (chopped)

11/2 cup sugar/Jaggery

Salt to taste

1/2tsp mustard seeds
-
Salt as per taste

1tsp Mustard seeds

1 dry Red chilly
-
1tsp oil
-
1/4th tsp. turmeric powder
Preparation:

Heat oil in a pan add red chili and mustard seeds,
allow to splutter

Add mangoes, salt and turmeric powder and water.
-
Cover and cook till mangoes soften.

Now add sugar or jaggery and boil.

Serve cool.
