Moongphali Ki Chutney

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Peanuts, roasted
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 2 Dry red chillies, roasted
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin, roasted
  • Tamarind Pulp, size of a marble
  • 2 Cloves Garlic

Preparation :

  • Blend all the above ingredients ina blender with a litlle water to make a thick paste and serve with Idli or dosa.
