Ingredients:
- 100 gms Fresh Ginger
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 cup Fresh Coriander, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Tamarind pulp
- 1 tsp. Black Gram (urad daal)
without skin roasted in a little oil
For Seasoning :
- 1/4 tsp. Mustard
- 1 Dry Rd chilli, cut into bits
- 1 tsp. oil
- Salt and sugar to taste
