Ingredients:

2Cups Plain Curd (Yogurt)

1/4th tsp. turmeric powder

1tsp Cumin (jeera) seeds

salt to taste

Red chili powder to taste

Finely chopped coriander leaves.

Little Garam masala

1/2tbsp oil
Preperation :

Stir the curd with hand mixer
(mathani).

Heat oil in kadhai and add cumin seeds
allow it to sizzle.

Now add turmeric powder, salt, and
chili powder. Then add stirred curd and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Remove from the gas and transfer to a
dish.

Sprinkle gram masala and garnish with
coriander.

Serve hot.

Goes well in winters.
