Ingredients:

1 Cup Curd (Yogurt)

1/2 cucumber

1 small Tomato
-
salt to taste

1/4th tsp. Roasted Cumin Powder

Little Garam masala
-
Finely chopped Coriander leaves.
Preperation :

Stir the curd with hand mixer
(mathani).

Keep in refrigerator for an hour
or so to get chilled.

Cut tomato in small pieces. Peel
and cut cucumber in small pieces.

Add tomatoes, cucumber, salt and
cumin powder. If it becomes thick add little milk and mix it.
-
Sprinkle garam masala and garnish
with coriander.

Serve chilled.
