Ingredients:

2 Cups Curd (Yogurt)

3-4 flakes Garlic paste

1/2" piece of Ginger paste

salt to taste

A pinch of Asafetida

2 Green chilies chopped

1/2 tsp. roasted cumin (jeera)powder

1/2tsp Black mustard seeds
-
Few curry leaves
-
1tsp oil
-
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Preperation :
-
Blend curd, garlic-ginger paste and green
chilies and little water, keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan add Asafetida, curry leaves,
mustard seeds, allow to splutter.

Now add blended curd, cumin powder and salt.

Garnish with coriander.
