Ingredients:

250 gms. Potatoes, Boiled
-
2 Tomatoes, chopped
-
1 small piece of Ginger
-
2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
-
1 cup Plain Yogurt (dahi)
-
2 Whole dried Red Chillies
-
Sendha Namak to taste
-
1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
-
2 tbsp. Coconut, grated
-
1 tsp. Cumin seeds (Jeera)
-
Oil
Preparation:
-
Heat little oil in a Kadai add dried Red chillies and cumin seeds. Allow cumin seeds to crackle.

Add coconut and fry a little.
-
Now Grind to paste the mixture in a blender.
-
Peel
the
boiled
potatoes
and
cut
into
cubes.
-
Fry
them
in
oil
till
golden,
drain
and
remove
on a
paper
to
remove
excess
oil.

In a
blender
make
paste
of
chopped
tomatoes,
yogurt,green
chillies,
ginger,
salt
and
garam
masala.
-
Heat
little
oil
in a
kadai
and
cook
the
tomato-yogurt
paste
till
it
leaves
oil.
-
Add
coconut
paste
and
stir-fry
for a
minute.
-
Add
fried
potato
cubes
and 1/2
cup of
warm
water.
Aloow to
cook for
few
minutes
on
medium
heat.
-
Serve
hot
sprinkled
with
garm
masala
powder.
