II Malai
Ki Sabzi II |
Ingredients:

4 cups Heavy Cream (Malai)

2 tbsp. Ghee
-
1 tomato, finely chopped
-
2 Green chillies, finely chopped
-
1 small piece Ginger, finely chopped
-
Sendha Namak to taste
-
1/2 tsp. Red chilli powder or to
taste
-
1/2 tsp. Garam Masala powder
-
1 tsp. Cumin seeds (Jeera)
Preparation:
-
Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin
seeds, allow to crackle.

Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies,
ginger and cook till tomatoes are soft.

Add salt, red chilli powder and
garam masala powder, mix well.

In a bowl stir malai well. Mix
little water and pour it into tomato paste and cook for a minute
on low flame.

Serve hot.
Note - small cubes of
boiled potatoes or paneer can also be added to it.
