Pressure
Cooking Time : 2 Minutes
Ingredients:
( Serves : 6-8)

500 gms. Paneer
(Cottage Cheese), cut into 2 inch cubes

4 medium Onions, grated

10 gms. Ginger
-
6 flakes Garlic
-
2 large Tomatoes, pureed
-
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
-
2 tbsp. Coriander powder
-
1tbsp. Cumin powder
-
1 tsp. Red chilli powder or to taste

1/2 tsp. Garam
Masala powder
-
1 tbsp. Salt or to taste
-
1 cup Vegetable oil
-
21/2 cups Water
-
1 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
Preperation :

Grind together ginger and garlic to
paste.

Group paneer into 3-4 batches. Heat oil
in cooker. Fry paneer cubes till light brown, in batches and remove. Drain off
excess oil leaving 1/2 cup in cooker.

Place cooker on high heat and add onions,
fry till golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste. Stir for a few
seconds. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt and cumin
powder. Saute for few seconds and add pureed tomatoes and 1/4 cup water. Cook
till oil starts showing up, stirring occasionally.

Add peas. Stir and fry for about 2
minutes. Add remaining water.

Close cooker. Bring to full pressure with
slight lifting of the vent weight.

Open cooker. Place cooker with peas on
medium heat. Add paneer and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in garam masala
powder.

Serve hot garnished with coriander
leaves.
