Pressure Cooking Time : 1 Minute
Ingredients:
( Serves : 6)

3/4 cup Ghee

6 sticks (2 cm each) Cinnamon

21/2 Cups Broken Wheat, washed

41/2 cups water
-
23/4 cups Sugar
-
6 Green Cardamoms, powdered

15-10 Almonds, shelled and sliced

25-20 Pistachio Nuts, sliced
Preparation :

Heat Ghee in a cooker and add cinnamon,
stir for few seconds. Add broken wheat and fry till light brown, stirring
continously. Add water. Stir well.

Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on
high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 1 minute.

Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool
naturally.

Open cooker. Add sugar, stir well.

Place cooker with Lapsi on medium heat.
Cook till sugar is dissolved and ghee starts showing, stirring occasionally.

Stir in cardamom powder. Serve hot,
garnished with sliced almonds and pistachios.
