Ingredients:
( Serves : 4)

3tbsp oil

1tsp minced ginger

1tsp minced garlic

2 onions (chopped, boiled until soft & translucent
and ground to paste)

10 tbsp tomato puree
-
1tsp turmeric powder
-
1tsp cumin powder
-
1tsp tandoori
masala
-
Salt to taste
-
1tsp sugar
-
2 cups Paneer
/ cottage cheese(cubed)
6tbsp heavy cream (malai)
Preperation :

Heat oil in a kadhai or wok and add the minced ginger and garlic
and sauté for a minute.

Add the onion paste and sauté until the oil separate. Then add
tomato puree and all spices. Stir well.

Add the salt and sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.

Drop in paneer cubes gently, without breaking it. Simmer for a
minute and take off from the heat.

Serve hot with generous swirl of whipped cream on top.
