Ingredients:

1 cup Maize(corn) flour (makke ka atta)

4 tbsp Wheat flour (atta)

3 tbsp chopped fenugreek leaves (methi)

1 tsp cumin powder
-
salt to taste
-
1tbsp chopped coriander leaves

1/4th tsp peppercorn
-
1/4th cup oil / Ghee
Preperation :

Sift the flours and salt together in a bowl. Add chopped
coriander and fenugreek leaves.

Add enough water to knead well and make a smooth paste dough.
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, flatten it with your palms.

Carefully roll a chapati.

Heat the griddle and place the chapati on it, pour 1-2 tsp ghee
around it, then turn it over and cook the other side. Cook till brown from both
sides.

Serve hot with
homemade butter and Sarsoon
Ka saag.
