Rava (semolina) Kichidi II |
Ingredients:

250gms. Rava / sooji
(semolina)

1 Onion (chopped)
-
2 medium potatoes (cut into small cubes)
-
3-4 carrots (diced)
-
3 green chilies (sliced)
-
Coriander leaves finely
chopped

Few curry leaves
-
2 tbsp oil
-
Salt to taste
-
2tsp. mustard seeds
Preperation :

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and
curry leaves and allow them to splutter.

Now add chopped onions, potatoes, carrots and
green chilies and stir fey them for few minutes.

Add salt and mix well. Now add 3 cups of water
and cook the vegetables covered on moderate heat.

Cook until vegetables are tender then add rava /
sooji stiring constantly to avoid lumps.

Cook for another 5-6 minutes.

Serve hot .
