Mushroom Masala II |
Ingredients:

1/2 kg. Mushrooms
-
2 Onions, sliced
-
1 tbsp. fresh corriander, chopped

1/2 tsp. red chilli powder
-
1/2 tsp. Garam masala
-
Salt to taste
-
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
-
1 tsp. Garlic paste
-
1 Tomato, chopped
-
3 tbsp. Oil
Preperation :
Cut Mushrooms in slices.
Heat oil and fry onions
until golden brown in colour.
Add garlic paste and chopped tomatoes.
Put chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt. Saute for 3-4
min. or until it starts leaving oil.
Add mushrooms and mix well. Simmer the heat and cook till
mushrooms are tender. Add very little water, if necessary.
Serve garnished with coriander.
