Ingredients:
( To serve-- 4)

150 gms Paneer (or as per
consumption)

1 Long sliced Onion
-
1 Green Capsicum thinly sliced
-
1 tomato diced
-
1/2 tsp grated Ginger
-
1/2 tsp garlic paste
-
2 green chilies slit vertically
-
Coriander leaves finely chopped
-
2tbsp oil
-
Salt to taste
-
Red chili powder to taste
-
Garam masala to taste
-
1tsp coriander (dhania) powder
-
1/4th tsp turmeric powder
-
1/2 or 1 tsp lemon juice as per taste.
Preperation :

Cut Paneer into medium size rectangle pieces.

Just before serving heat the oil in a kadhai and
add garlic paste and ginger and stir for a moment.

Add onions & green chilies and stir fry till
onions are tender.

Add capsicum and fry for a moment.
-
Now add tomatoes stir for a moment.
-
Add all the spices and stir fry for a moment.
-
Add paneer and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with tandoori roti or paratha.
