Ingredients:

11/2 cups puffed rice (kurmura)

1 large onion (finely chopped)

2 medium potatoes (boiled, peeled &
cubed)

21/2 cups
chiwda (either
homemade or readymade)

6tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)

4tbsp unripe mango (peeled & finely
chopped)

2/3 cup
tamarind chutney

2/3rd cup
onion chutney

Salt to taste
Preperation :

Mix all the ingredients together,
varying the amounts of chutneys according to taste.

Make up small quantities of mixture as
required, as it becomes soggy with keeping.
Note : This dish depends entirely
on one's taste so feel free to adjust the quantities of ingredients as per
taste.
