Preparation:

Deep-fry the cubed potatoes in oil until crisp and golden brown,
over a moderate heat. Remove and drain on a paper towel.

Sprinkle a little salt, black salt, chili powder and cumin on
each serving and squeeze some lemon juice over the top.

Eat with cocktail sticks or toothpick.
